Legal Services in Bexley advise on matters including (but not limited to) major property transactions, contracts, planning, litigation, education, employment, licensing, administrative law, adult social care and children’s social care matters.  

About the Role

 

The Solicitors are responsible to the Principal Solicitor/Lawyer or the Senior Solicitor/Lawyer, as appropriate, for the provision of quick and accurate processing of wide range of matters, in particular children’s social care, and associated matters, including advice to clients.

 

The Solicitors also ensure that working practices and processes are developed that maximise the use of new technology to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to clients (taking account of budgetary restrictions).

Candidate Profile

 

You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Barrister or Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and hold relevant post qualification legal experience, with a minimum of two years.
