YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON A FRIDAY AS PART OF THIS ROLE. YOUR OTHER WORKING DAYS CAN BE FLEXIBLE.

We are looking for an individual to provideefficient administrative support to the Child Health Department.

You will be required to undertake a range of administrative duties and liaise with and exchange confidential and sensitive information with other departments. You will maintain the national Child Health computer systems and contribute to the delivery of the Child Health Surveillance Programme for pre-school and school aged children in the Scottish Borders.

You should hold the required qualifications and possess the appropriatekeyboard and communication skills. You will require excellent organisational skills and must be able to work as part of a team.Multi-tasking skills and experience of dealing with the public would be advantageous.
