Management provides excellent aid when working with complex caseloads and is always there to have your back when inevitably times get tough (it is social work still after all!). Your fellow Social Workers will help guide you and mentor you, so you are relieved of any confusion or stress when working caseloads.

With a small area to cover, you won’t be spending half your working life stuck in traffic, instead, you’ll complete your visits in ample time to complete your paperwork and be home to tea. Senior management has a relaxed atmosphere and Social Workers are flexible in handling their diaries.

As this is a statutory role, a Social Work Qualification is required as well as a registration to Social Work England (SWE) to be considered.
