Child Protection Team Manager – Hybrid – East Midlands

A local authority in the East Midlands is hiring for a full-time Child Protection Team Manager to manage social workers covering Child Protection by safeguarding local children.
Key Duties include:
Provide leadership to your team
Work with an Advanced Practitioner, 5 or 6 Social Workers / Senior Social Workers and a Newly Qualified Social Worker
Allocate and Prioritise workloads effectively
Responsibility for the team plan to meet objectives and ensure performance targets are achieved
