I struggle with regulating my emotions which can lead to physical outbursts. , , I am looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, patient and reliable Child Therapy Assistant/Support Worker to help me engage in the activities I love and become more independent. You will need to be calm and patient under pressure and be able to apply a consistent approach. , , I can be funny and cheeky and am very caring towards those around me. I need to be active and busy; I really like to go on walks, listen to audio books and colouring. I find it difficult to form new relationships and need you to take the time to understand my needs. I need a little help with personal care but in the main I would like support after school so I can enjoy social and leisure activities, engage in therapy and further develop life skills for the future. , , You will have experience of working with children or adults with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
