Hybrid working
As a shared service the council manage cases across many different aspects of public children law for six separate client authorities.
- The role will include advocating at all levels of the Family Court as well as the Court of Protection and Education Tribunals. High volume of work with, on occasions dealing with emergency and urgent applications.
- The role includes working closely with the lawyer who has conduct of the case and on more complex cases will be involved in case preparation and strategic planning to achieve the best outcome for the case.
- Support is provided by an experienced Team Leader who has over 30 years’ experience in this field of law.
