What will the role involve?
Leadership – Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
Planning and Assessment – Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Collaboration –Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
Teaching Excellence – Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high–quality teaching and learning. We're looking for a special someone who will work their magic to achieve all–round outstanding results and outcomes for our children
• Full and relevant level 3 qualification (Essential)
• An Enhanced DBS check (we'll cover the costs)
