Local authority in the Greater Manchester area
I am currently working with a large local authority based in the Greater Manchester area that is looking for a Childcare Solicitor on a locum basis.
Cases Involving
- DOLs
- Care Proceedings
- ETOs
- Smaller case load of urgent cases
Requirements:
- Experience with handling a complex case load.
- Ability to be in court doing advocacy twice per week
- 3 years PQE
The role will primarily be remote working, however, there will be need to conduct advocacy in court up to twice per week.
