This Legal 500 firm has a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Within this Childcare Solicitor role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own caseload of child protection matters


• Conducting your own advocacy


• Update and manage files


• Drafting and preparing any legal documentation required


• Attend Court


• Support more junior members of the team


• Business Development Initiatives

The ideal candidate will have over 3 years' experience in Private Family Law, is able to hit the ground running, can work well under pressure and is wanting to establish themselves for the long-term at a respected legal practice.

The firm are happy to receive CVs from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives.
Being an accredited Law Society's Children's Panel is preferrable but not essential.
