The Employer is: FOOTPRINTS WOMENS CENTRE.A Childcare Worker needs to have lots of energy and patience. A Childcare Worker will mainly assist the childcare team in ensuring children are kept safe and are cared for, ensuring adherence to the standards set, whilst also demonstrating the values of Footprint’s Daycare. It is expected the Childcare Worker will assist the team with stimulating and age-appropriate games and tasks, accompanying children to enjoy outdoor play in our sensory garden and ensuring all day-to-day needs are met.To be successful as a Childcare Worker, you need to have a love for working with children, have or be willing to develop an understanding of the principles of child development, be physically fit and able to care for their basic needs, and be informed about what to do in an emergency situation..
