Key details/responsibilities:
The role of the Children and Young Person Prevention & Outreach Worker will be based within the Choices team. The primary function of this role is to work alongside other agencies to offer drug and alcohol support services in the community.This will include education, ensuring young people are aware of the risks associated with substance use.We will also ensure that young people in our community have early access to structured support and intervention.
