Children Support Worker

Ironstone Recruitment have partnered with an exceptional client based in Paddock Wood and are recruiting for Children's Support Workers to provide young people with therapeutic residential care. Currently a 4 Bedded EBD Children's Residential Home requires Support Workers to assist in the educational, social, emotional and behavioral development of children / young people.

Current requirement:

2 FT Roles available - 40 hour contract available (Permanent)

Salary: 20,000 - 26,000 (Depending on Experience) + Roughly 2700 Circa on top of Salary!

Varied shift pattern/ average 7 Sleeps a month

Funding QCF Level 3/4 qualification after probation
