Children's Care Assistant - Trainee

As a Children's Care Assistant you will be supporting young people aged 7-17 in residential home settings. You will be there to support everyday activities, promote basic life skills and make a real difference to the lives of these young people. Ensuring they have a safe and fulfilled life and guiding them towards a bright future.
This is a Flexible position allowing you to choose your own schedule and work as often as you like based on your availability.

-Weekly pay (£10.42ph, £12.75ph for bank holidays and £35 per sleep in)
*Responsibilities: *
-Working effectively as part of a team
-Supporting young people with psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties
-Driving young people to and from appointments, education and extra-curricular activities
-Ensuring the young people are safe and looked after at all times
-Maintaining professional manner
-Be able to commit to 1 or more shifts a week
*To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the requirements below: *
-Hold a full UK driving license
-Hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
-Satisfactory reference and DBS checks
Please note you must be able to commit to one or more of the following shift patterns, 8am-11pm or 8am-11pm+sleep.
