Children's Deputy Manager

Position: Children's Deputy Manager
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £40,000
Hours: 40 Per Week (with the occasional admin day)

My client is currently recruiting for a Deputy Manager to help manage a fully compliant Children's Residential Home based in Birmingham. As an experienced Deputy, you will be supporting the Registered Manager in growing and developing this home. For the right candidate, this could be the start of your journey to taking on your own registration.

Job Specification:
* Previous Experience as a Support Worker
* Assist the Support Workers
* Promote and maintain a high standard of children care
* QCF Level 3 Residential Care
* A strong commitment to improve the lives of children
* Excellent communication skills

* Experience within a Residential Setting

* Care Planning: Develop and implement individual care plans for each child
