Children’s Fostering Supervising Social Worker | Outside IR35 | Off-shore | £46/h

One of the Channel Islands, known for its beautiful coastline and countryside, is looking for Fostering Supervising Social Workers to join their children’s services. You will be paid for your travel to (and eventually from) the island, and assistance finding accommodation provided by the council that will enable you to live at a reasonable cost on the island.  Alongside these other benefits you will receive a pay rate of up to £46/h, as well as falling outside IR35, and the associated tax benefits of being able to operate this way.

As a Social Worker you will be joining a team that is a mix of locals, and other Social Workers, like yourself, who are living away from home. Creating the perfect community to ensure practice is ever improving with fresh ideas, alongside a support network of those who already know what it’s like to live away from home.
