Social Staffing Solutions are looking for passionate Children's Home Registered Manager for a new permanent role based in Chatham, Kent. This is to join an existing provider for a brand new home of a 3 bed Social, Emotional and Behavioural, MH Ofsted Registered home.

What The Post Requires
A minimum of 5 years Working in Residential Childcare
At least 2 year in a role supervising and managing staff in a Deputy Manager role
NVQ Level 3 In Children and Young People's Workforce/Residential Childcare
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
Must have a GOOD or OUTSTANDING within the last two years OFSTED Inspections
What the post responsibilities include but not limited to
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory requirements
Meeting all budgetary, regulatory, and service development targets
Matching potential Young People with the current residents
Ensuring Young People have a positive influence from the staff team through your leadership and management of the home.
Preparing reports and attending a range of meetings, such as review meetings with multi-agency partners, management meetings and interviewing new potential staff for your team
