Salary: £12.60 per hour + £85 per sleep (negotiable)

Are you a motivated and experienced individual looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Team Leader to join our team in Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and support to a team of residential support workers.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in our care.
- Supervise and participate in daily activities, including meal times, educational support, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Act as a role model for staff, promoting best practice and professional standards.
- Respond effectively to any challenging behaviour or crisis situations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to meet the needs of residents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Care or equivalent qualification.
- Full driving license.
