Children's Residential Team Leader

Opus People Solutions are seeking a Children's Residential Team Leadernear Royston.

Your role as a Children's Residential Team Leader will be to support management and lead a team within a residential service for children with disabilities. This is a fantastic chance to excel your career, with plenty of opportunity to progress into management roles.

Key duties include:

• Help with inducting new members of staff and their ongoing training and development
• Be responsible for leading a team of staff, including resolving any performance issues and ensuring high levels of support are given at all times.
• Maintaining a stable and warm home environment for the children
• Ensuring documentation is kept up to date
• Regularly undertake sleep-in duties & on call responsibilities

What are we looking for?

• Experience in shift/team leading
• Level 3 in Childcare/Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
