Children's Services Strategic Workforce Development Officer

You’ll develop and produce workforce information and data to aid Strategic Workforce planning and support the development of a workforce planning dashboard.

You’ll work collaboratively with the Heads of Service, Strategic Workforce Lead and HR colleagues, supporting them to attract and retain a talented the children’s workforce.

This is a 12 month contract and can be offered as a fixed term contract or a secondment. Join us and make a real difference!
