Childrens Social Worker

Are you looking to make a difference in Children's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work as a Social Worker in Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH)/Assessment Team

The pay rate would be up to £38 per hour and is based in Milton Keynes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Be responsible for the assessment, support planning and review of complex individual needs.
• Signpost service users to the appropriate services.
• Provide triage/ first response services and where possible, promote opportunities for reablement.
• See safeguarding through from start to finish, ensuring that risk has been removed/reduced.
• You will need to have post qualifying experience in Duty and Assessment within a statutory safeguarding setting. You will have knowledge and experience of Safeguarding and of legislation, regulations and guidance relating to Children's social care together with an ability to assess and manage risk.

As an ideal candidate, you will be:

• Fully Registered with Social Work England.
• Having minimum 2 years of experience working with Children's Safeguarding and similar client services.
• Understanding, experience and knowledge of Assessment, CP, CIN and Early Help.
• Able to drive and hold a UK Driving License.
