Charles Hunter Associates are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Looked After Children and Leaving Care Team on a Locum basis. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL WORK ENGLAND AND ARE A CAR DRIVER About the teamThe Team works with Looked After Children, who are 16 years+ right through to care leavers aged 25 years. The role will involve transitioning Young People to Personal Advisors at 18 years, Pathway Planning is a central area of work within this team as well as preparing these Young People for transition to adulthood.
