Postholder will manage contractors and multi-disciplinary project teams as and when required.
Deliver and improve children’s systems, case recording practice and financial flows in line with Children’s Social Care & Early Help priorities. Providing challenge, support, and driving compliance with practitioners, management, and Support staff to ensure high quality case recording, compliance with financial processes, practices and delivering continuous improvement.
The Postholder will deliver a diverse range of key functions using a wide range of in-depth specialist knowledge. They will provide support, deliver training, undertake business process analysis, development & configuration work. The Postholder will be key in delivering project work across all children’s systems and will develop processes, policies and procedures guides related to such. They will have an in-depth understanding across all areas of practice, systems and performance. Each one of the 3 postholders will also be the lead expert in operational case management and issues resolution in one of 3 key areas
The role will be influential across the practice system and workforce, working with all strata of the hierarchy. It is a high-profile area for the Council, which can have a major impact on the Council’s inspection outcomes, reputation, and finances, as well as the lives of children, young people and their families. As such it is an area of significant professional and organisational responsibility.
