If you are interested in joining us, regardless of experience or qualifications, please get in touch on the details listed below.Your new roleWe are currently recruiting a Waking Night Supervisor to join our Night Supervisor team at Wilds Lodge. The appointed person will:? Remain awake and vigilant for the duration of each shift between the hours of 9.45pm and 8.15am.? Be trustworthy, reliable and ensure good communication with the Care Team and Designated Safeguarding Lead if required? Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift that a full and thorough handover takes place at the end of the shift.? Tour all areas of the houses on a regular basis and report irregularities to the relevant person on shift.? Ensure all access to the building is secure as required by school policy and procedure? Perform any related security duties as required overnight? Complete all incident reports and distribute to relevant departmentsAbout Wilds Lodge SchoolWilds Lodge School is an independent 38 week specialist boarding and day provision for boys and girls (girls are accepted as day students only) for students aged between 5 and 19 with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, set in Empingham, Rutland. Essential - good communication skills? Essential - responsible, trustworthy and reliable?
