What We Offer:

Full Time 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm)

Salary £24,874.50 per annum rising to £26,334.53 after completion of 6-month probation

Location – This role includes working from Norfolk and Waveney Mind REST Hubs and out in the community.

The role will require travel within the community therefore a driver’s license and access to a vehicle essential for this role. Mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

Training:

Mandatory training for this role takes place in Norwich, training sessions run from 9am – 5pm and run over 4 separate dates.

The Role:
Working as part of the CHIME team, you will support the development and delivery of Norfolk and Waveney Mind’s CHIME recovery programme. An integral and rewarding role, you will be key in supporting and developing the skills, abilities and recovery of Norfolk and Waveney Mind service users.

As well as CHIME delivery, you will support the team in the development of the programme as this will always be an evolving course for recovery, writing up facilitation notes and access to our Clinical Management System. You will be involved in developing CHIME for multiple formats including face-to-face and virtual delivery.

You will be at the centre of building and developing our provision of psychologically informed recovery programmes and steering the ethos of mental health recovery across the region.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team to assist in the running and delivery of our service. We require an experienced individual to join the small team in facilitating and delivering sessions to the attendees and assisting setting up the programme of events.  The successful applicant will also be required to support group attendees with their mental and physical well-being, and provide crisis interventions if required.

We are looking for individuals who have the following experience;

  • Minimum two years’ experience working in mental health, social care and/or teaching/training.
  • Group facilitation
  • Delivering training or public Speaking to a variety of audiences
  • Coaching and/or mentoring staff/volunteers
  • Handling confidential or sensitive information
