Administrator (Chinese Speaking)

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Administrator to assist with listing new products for the launch of a new brand in China, together with various tasks related to existing and new product listings on other global ecommerce sites. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is fluent in Chinese and has a keen eye for detail.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Accurately list new products on various ecommerce platforms, ensuring all information is correct and optimised for the Chinese market.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product listings align with brand messaging and launch strategies.
- Monitor and update product information as needed to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
- Assist in managing the backend of the ecommerce system, including inventory tracking and order processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the product launch process.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
