Job Description
- Direct continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering and manufacturing departments
- Lead and participate in team problem-solving efforts
- Implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
- Monitor and improve quality control procedures
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration to drive manufacturing efficiency
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide technical support and training to team members
The Successful Applicant
A successful CI Engineer should have:
- A degree in engineering or a related field
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and practices
- Proficiency in project management and team leadership
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset
