Salary: GBP20,712 - GBP22,542 p.a. for 30 hours per week, plus benefits package

CIL Officer The Role:
The Corporate Plan for East Cambridgeshire District Council sets out the Council s ambitious priorities to 2027.
By administering and collecting the financial contributions relating to the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) this post plays a significant role in ensuring the right infrastructure is secured to support growth and deliver the Council s priorities.
This post is part time for 30 hours per week. Work pattern will be discussed upon appointment.
CIL OfficerKey Responsibilities:
The post holder will be responsible for the monitoring, collection, distribution, and enforcement of payments made under the CIL regulations and will be required to maintain an accurate record of developments which are subject to CIL and records of CIL and s106 monies received and spent.
CIL OfficerYou:
You will need be organised, numerate and familiar with using data and evidence. You will have experience of managing and monitoring budgets and excellent analytical and numerical skills.
The role will also involve some day to day organisational and administrative tasks to maintain the Council's section 106 data and monitor section 106 agreements and projects.
