We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to act as Camp Leaders who can lead the delivery of our camps during the school holidays. The camps are available for 4–7 year olds and 8–12 year olds and are an ideal opportunity for children to try a range of new and exciting activities.
Applicants must be passionate about giving every child an amazing experience, be a confident communicator, have excellent customer care skills and should possess a sports leadership/coaching qualification. Applicants need to be able to adapt their delivery to suit a variety of audiences, creating an environment to motivate and encourage.
This role is offered on a casual basis and will be based at Chelmsford Sport and Athletics Centre. The successful applicants will be required to work predominantly during the school holidays, but additional coaching sessions maybe available during school term times and weekends.
