SalaryExperienced Graduate Civil Structural Engineer required for our client who are a Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy, based in Exeter near the cathedral The experienced Graduate Civil Structural Engineer will be joining a well-established team that include 7 chartered Engineers, offering a professional service to clients in both the public and private sectors throughout the South West.

Civil Structural Engineer Position Overview
- Working on a variety of projects across both the residential and commercial sectors in both civil and Structural Engineering
- To prepare quotations for prospective projects
- Projects of all sizes, from a single beam design to major projects, our largest to date valued at £20m
- Use British Standards, Codes of Practice and Euro Codes and keep up to date with revisions
- Communication and meetings with clients, architects and contractors
- Keep timesheets up to date and accurate
- Learn and develop and undertake continuing professional development
- Visit site when required to gather information for design, such as loadings and the condition of the structure
Civil Structural Engineer Position Requirements
- Graduate engineer looking to continue their career with a long-established Exeter based consultancy
- BSc/BEng/MSc/MEng in Civil/Structural Engineering
- At least 1 years' experience working in a design office
- Experience in Civil and structural design work including calculations and drawings
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Familiar with British Standards, Codes of Practice and Euro Codes
Civil Structural Engineer Position Remuneration
- Starting Salary based on experience
- 20 days + BH (Increase with service)
