The main responsibilities will include;

• Managing county court applications


• Liaising with external solicitors


• Assisting with litigation and dispute management

The ideal Civil Litigation Paralegal will have a good understanding of debt recovery and experience within litigation.
High Court Enforcement training will be provided.
