• Hybrid working to include 1 day/week remote working if required

What will you do? 

• Manage a Civil Litigation caseload to include contentious probate, personal injury, property litigation, professional negligence 
• There will also be the opportunity to advise on professional negligence and partnership disputes (including farming partnerships) 
• Potentially some employment work also – but this can be handled by another fee earner if needed  

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or Legal Executive 
• Civil litigation experience 
• Ideally at least 3 years’ PQE 
• Any employment experience would be an advantage
