Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a diverse caseload of Civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, negligence claims, and property disputes.
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing court pleadings.
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on potential risks and outcomes of legal actions.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A qualified solicitor with NQ - 2 years PQE in Civil Litigation.
