Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive legal advice to clients involved in Civil Litigation matters.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively throughout the litigation process.
- Execute all administrative tasks related to casework in adherence to company protocols, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of cases.
- Foster effective communication with clients and colleagues, keeping all parties informed of case developments and maintaining transparency.
- Consistently meet billing and time recording targets, managing financial aspects of individual caseloads with diligence.
- Exercise financial oversight of individual ledgers, ensuring financial matters are managed efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
- Address client complaints promptly and efficiently, striving to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction.
- Engage in marketing and networking initiatives to promote the firm's Civil Litigation services and expand client base.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of firm and client documentation and information, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
- Uphold company standards, policies, and procedures in all aspects of Civil Litigation practice.
- Contribute positively to departmental and firm-wide initiatives, collaborating with colleagues to enhance overall firm performance.
- Pursue relevant training opportunities as necessary to stay updated on legal developments and enhance professional skills.
- Adhere to the Solicitors Regulation Authority Code of Conduct at all times, upholding ethical standards and professional integrity in Civil Litigation practice.
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive expertise in various areas of law, including but not limited to Law, Conveyancing, Labor, and Employment Law, and/or Family Law.
- Demonstrated proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.- Effective communication abilities and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
- Capability to work autonomously and handle tasks under pressure.
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
