Job Description: On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an experienced Lawyer to join their team and focus on civil litigation and personal injury matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing clients in legal disputes, providing expert advice and advocacy to achieve positive resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation and personal injury matters, including but not limited to:
  
  • Road traffic accidents
  • Workplace accidents
  • Medical negligence
  • Public liability claims
• Conduct legal research and analysis to assess the merits of cases and develop effective strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Provide sound legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in civil litigation and personal injury law.
• Proven track record of handling a variety of personal injury cases, from initial assessment through to resolution.
• Strong litigation skills, including negotiation, advocacy, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent legal research and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients.
