Role Summary:
- Daily management of the work group for civils
- Ensure gangs have work sent to phone in a timely manner
- Send supervisors/gangs sewer maps and utility drawings
- Update and manage the Civils work list for the County
- Update customers by telephone and keep CSMS updated
- Close completed work orders in time for billing
- Answer enquiries via email from the client
- Provide admin support to other counties when required
- Be part of a 1 in 4 call out rota to provide drawings to operatives in emergencies
- Carry out any other duties appropriate to this post

Experience Required:
- Excellent Customer service skills

- Knowledge and understanding of Maps (O/S)
