Our client, a leading provider in the insurance industry, is seeking a Claims Administrator to join their team in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers and key clients with their claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle claims from start to finish, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded and processed
- Communicate with customers, loss adjusters, insurance companies, brokers, surveyors, and technicians via telephone and email
- Build strong working relationships with customers and key clients
- Work closely with field-based staff to allocate tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist with marketing activities and utilise social media platforms to promote services (previous experience in this area is a plus)
- Prioritise and manage workload effectively, working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Utilise excellent computer skills to input and retrieve data accurately
- Contribute to the overall success and growth of the team and company
Desired Skills:
- Previous claims handling experience within the insurance industry is essential
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in planning and allocation of work
- Excellent communication skills with an exceptional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms is desirable, but not mandatory
In return for your dedication and contributions, our client offers a salary ranging from 25,000 to 28,000 based on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy excellent holiday entitlement and parking facilities.
