We are currently looking for a Claims Assessor to join our team in our Cardiff office.
Claims Assessor requirements:
- As a Claims Assessor, you'll be a key player in assessing the merits of Property and Employment related claims.
- You'll work closely with our Claims Team to understand legal expenses insurance policies and provide top-notch customer service to policyholders and clients.
- We're seeking a candidate with legal knowledge regarding employment law and general principles related to employment tribunal claims.
- We value professionalism, great customer service, and independent thinking.
- The successful candidate will have excellent writing and presentation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple deadlines.
