Velonetic represents the joint ventures between DXC Technology, the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and Lloyd’s of London.
Previously referred to as the London Market Joint Ventures, we have been operating for over 20 years in the London market (Lloyd's and Company), in both insurance and reinsurance business.
Processing over £101 billion worth of premium and claims transactions today, we are building a new digital platform and services that will enable our customers to move transactions and money through the processing lifecycle with greater efficiency and speed, releasing time to drive innovation and focus on higher value activities.
Our core business services involve performing checks on insurance documents, processing premium transactions and processing claims transactions.
The strategy for the London Market Account:
- Drive digital transformation across London Market systems and platforms.
- Add value to all stakeholders by increasing the efficiency of transactions.
- Provide a unified DXC story of the future of the London Markets
- Improve end to end communication and delivery of client requirements.
Individual will reside in the UK and have Right to Work in the UK.
Essential Job Functions:
• Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and managers.
• Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis.
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Support senior analysts in analysing data trends and reporting.
• Assist in updating and maintaining process documentation.
• Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
• Relevant work experience
• Proven experience in business process transactions
• Proficiencies in business process management and optimization
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
