Solutions-driven with over a decade in the industry, this company thats within commutable distance from Sutton Coldfield and sits within the insurance space and is looking to add to its team by adding an outgoing Claims Handler who is looking to start their career within an office environment.

- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Salary guide: £19,500
- Benefits: 22 days holiday
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Take responsibility for processing, managing, and converting all claims
- Regularly liaise with customers to keep them informed of claims information and next steps
- Capture all relevant claim information over the phone and update the database with accurate records that reflect the claim and conversation
- Deliver excellent customer service by following service standards
Skills and Experience:
- Customer service experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential as full training will be provided
- Must demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner, able to listen and act with empathy
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
- Superb IT skills, confident picking up new systems and using Microsoft Office packages
