Claims Handler

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• Salary guide: £19,500
• Benefits: 22 days holiday

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Take responsibility for processing, managing, and converting all claims
• Regularly liaise with customers to keep them informed of claims information and next steps
• Capture all relevant claim information over the phone and update the database with accurate records that reflect the claim and conversation
• Deliver excellent customer service by following service standards

Skills and Experience:

• Customer service experience would be beneficial, but it isn't essential as full training will be provided
• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner, able to listen and act with empathy
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workloads
• Superb IT skills, confident picking up new systems and using Microsoft Office packages
