This is a hybrid position, home and office based.
In return, the Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £27,000, 26 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage your own personal portfolio of claims
- Manage and process full end to end claims
- Customer service (written and phone based)
Skills & Requirements:
- Inbound and outbound call handling experience is imperative
- Claims handling knowledge
- El / PL or third party property claims experience is desired
- Team player with a passion for helping others
- Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
- Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
