Claims Handler

A fantastic opportunity to become a Claims Handler for one of the largest insurance claims organisations in the UK. The Claims Handler will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the policyholder during the claims process
This is a hybrid position,  home and office based.
In return, the Claims Handler will expect a salary of up to £27,000, 26 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage your own personal portfolio of claims
• Manage and process full end to end claims
• Customer service (written and phone based)

 
Skills & Requirements:

• Inbound and outbound call handling experience is imperative
• Claims handling knowledge 
• El / PL or third party property claims experience is desired
• Team player with a passion for helping others
• Proactive, with the ability to work with initiative
• Able to work as part of a team to ensure client SLAs are met
