Claims Handler required by prestigious and well established company, based near Cirencester. The successful Claims Handler will be responsible for reviewing and verifying health claims from start to finish
Main Duties - Claims Handler
- Managing a portfolio of claims from notification to payment.
- Acting as the first point of contact for claims.
- Assessing documentation and evidence.
- Identifying potentially fraudulent claims and taking action.
- Liaising between various parties and providing updates.
- Accurately processing information.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Claims Assessor
- A background within a similar role gained within a financial services or equivalent environment.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Previous experience within a fast paced office environment.
- Excellent communication skills, able to relate to people at all levels.
- A working knowledge of the claims process.
- Highly organised, able to work to deadlines and targets and prioritise workload.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
