We have a fantastic opportunity for a Claims Handler to join us at our offices located in Maidstone. What will you be doing:
- Handling commercial claims 'cradle to grave' on both a delegated and non-delegated basis
- Ensure an exceptional claim service is delivered to each and every Client
- Review and if necessary, challenge Insurer decisions on liability
- Deliver consistently an exceptional claim service to every Client
You need to bring with you:
- Experience of handling commercial claims (non-motor) and compliance to relevant processes is essential
- Working knowledge of all the main classes of General Insurance and GDPR, FCA / FOS and the CII's Code of Ethics
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing specialist advice in the insurance market is desirable
- Cert CII qualification is desirable
