Claims Handler - Wadhurst 26k
Do you have a basic knowledge of insurance claim processes and understanding of insurance principles?
Full training provided!
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 (dependant on experience)
Location: Wadhurst
Your hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
* Record and process insurance claims proactively while adhering to established principles and procedures.
* Input new claims into the system and manage incoming correspondence.
* Maintain Bordereaux spreadsheets for insurers at a high standard.
* Instruct Loss Adjusters and engineers within delegated authority limits.
* Maintain accurate reserves reflecting damages on files.
* Process claim cheques within authorized limits.
* Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims.
* Adhere to regulatory requirements such as TCF, DPA, AML, and Anti-Bribery principles.
Ideal candidate:
