Claims Solutions Architect Tech Lead

Eames is currently partnered with a specialty insurance company who are looking for a Claims Solutions Architect/Technical Lead to redesign its claims software architecture.

This is a Birmingham-based role, paying up to £110,000 + bonus and benefits. They offer highly flexible hybrid working. You'll be required to be in the office once per week.

The role:

• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership for claims technology.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define the strategy and roadmap.
• Drive operational efficiency and innovation.
• Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to ensure a secure and appropriate framework.

The Candidate:

• Deep knowledge of the specialty claims technologies and processes
• Strong experience in systems architecture and software development patterns
• An understanding of claims systems such as Guidewire, Appian, ECF Writeback, etc
• Experience managing 3rd party supplier and vendor relationships.
