Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of your team, including setting objectives, holding regular 1-1s, motivating, coaching and developing the team.
- Provide support to the Head of Department
- Lead by example and have an open approach to coaching and developing all team members
- Support the Claims Team ensuring the consistent delivery of claims excellence to all customers

Requirements
- Experience of working within the Financial Services sector
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory level experience
- Good standard of education with a minimum grade ‘C’ GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English
- Attention to detail and accuracy while remaining calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
