In this key role, you'll be leading a team of talented Claims Technicians within the Real Estate team. You'll not only guide the individual growth of your team but ensure a seamless claim resolution is provided for our clients.
Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits
Key responsibilities:
- Team management
- Monitoring KPI's
- 1 to 1 meetings with your team
- Managing any HR issues
- Client relationship building with new and existing clients
- Handling inhouse complaints
- Knowledge of Property/Casualty lines
