Our client, a reputable furniture delivery company in Cardiff, is currently recruiting for Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to undertake tramping work. If you have a strong road network knowledge, enjoy customer-facing roles, and seek ongoing work with the possibility of temp to perm, this opportunity is for you.
Role Overview:
As a Class 1 or Class 2 Driver, you will play a pivotal role in the transportation of furniture through trunking operations. This customer-facing role requires excellent road network knowledge, a dedication to outstanding service, and the ability to represent our client in a positive light.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Class 1 or Class 2 vehicles for tramping operations.
- Transport furniture to various destinations efficiently and on time.
- Utilize your road network knowledge to navigate routes effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Be prepared for possible nights out when required.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 or Class 2 driving license.
- Good road network knowledge, enabling efficient route navigation.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to represent the company professionally.
- Ability to work flexibly and be open to possible nights out.
