AddressDHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Class 1 Day Driver (Nights Out required) to play a vital role in our distribution service.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Class 1 Day Driver deliveries within the RDC network
- Additional driver duties may be required for this role
- Shift is working any 4 from 7 (including weekends) start time from 02.00am
- Nights out are required. For any Nights Out completed, a nightly premium will be paid
- Manual handling is required
- Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
- Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- You will Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E), Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
- We require a minimum of 12 months Class 1 driving experience for this position
