Pure Staff are currently looking for HGV C+E Class 1 Driver in Chepstow
Pay rates (PAYE)
Monday to Friday on Days paying £16 per hour
Monday to Friday on Nights, paying £17 per hour
Saturday and Sunday is paid at £20 per hour
*** NO Limited Company Contractors ***
Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or Payroll Processing Fees.

A Class 1 Driver can be expected to work between 10 to 12 hours long depending on location of deliveries.
Days start between 04:00 and 06:00
Nights start between 16:00 and 21:00
This work is trunking No handball involved, and you will be driving a curtain sided vehicle. Palletised goods onboard.
You will accrue holiday pay separately and is not included in your hourly pay, all drivers will have the option to enroll into a pension after 3 months.

Our Clients are looking for a candidate that can not only drive an HGV C+E Class 1 Articulated lorry successfully but also have good communication to ensure that all deliveries / collections / trailer swaps are completed by speaking to the transport team.
There will be stop call wait procedure with all clients to maximise on productivity and keep drivers informed on possible delays or route changes.
To become a C+E Driver you will need
- HGV C+E Driving licence
- 6 months HGV C+E Class 1 Driver experience is preferred but not essential (new passes will be accepted for certain roles depending on the customers insurance criteria)
- CPC Card
- Digital card
- Clean Licence preferred with no more than 6 points (no TT TS MS DR DD CD CU IN) codes
Pure Staff prides itself on delivering a first-class service and as a direct result we offer a refer an HGV C+E Class 1 Driver or HGV C Class 2 Driver and after they have worked for us for a month receive £100 for you and £50 for them!
T&C's apply but that is paid after roughly 200 hours (about 1 months) of work.
