SalaryMajor Logistics is currently seeking Class 1 HIAB Drivers for a long-term contract based in the Halifax area.
The contract spans approximately 6 months. For individuals without an in-date HIAB Licence, there may be an opportunity for Flatbed work initially, with the potential for HIAB refresher/training in the future.
Pay Rate for Class 1 HIAB Driver (PAYE):
- Basic (9.5 hrs per day): £16.64 per hour
- Overtime (after 9.5 hrs per day / 48 hrs per week): £22.14 per hour
- Plus holiday pay
Hours for Class 1 HIAB Driver:
- Monday to Friday, starting at 05:45 until finish
Duties for Class 1 HIAB Driver:
- Mainly delivering building blocks to commercial and residential sites
Requirements:
- Class 1 (CE) Licence
- Valid CPC & Digi Tacho Card
- At least 1 year of experience driving Class 1 vehicles
- HIAB Licence will be an advantage but not essential, as training/refresher can be provided
